Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once an order ships, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent. Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination, carrier, and customs processing.

United States (DDP)
Orders shipped to the United States are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Duties, taxes, tariffs, and shipping are calculated and paid at checkout. There are no additional charges on delivery.

Canada
Canadian orders are shipped domestically. Applicable GST, HST, and PST, along with shipping, are calculated and charged at checkout. No duties apply to Canadian orders, and there are no additional charges on delivery.

International (Outside Canada & USA)
International orders are shipped Delivered At Place (DAP) unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated and charged at checkout. Duties, taxes, tariffs, and import fees are not included and may be collected by the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery. Customs policies vary by country, and we are unable to estimate or control these fees.

Customs, Carrier Delays & Refused Shipments
Signature is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or by shipping carriers once an order has been handed off for delivery. If an order is refused, returned, or undeliverable due to unpaid duties or taxes, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs and any fees incurred.

Shipping Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Signature is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
