Signature works with riders, creatives, coaches, and competitors who contribute through community involvement, content creation, or competition. Support is offered intentionally and on a case-by-case basis, applied per order rather than permanently. Discounts or product support reflect the context of a specific order or project and may change from one order to the next. Receiving support once does not imply ongoing or future support.

ESTABLISHED COMPETITORS
UP TO 100% OFF
For riders competing at the top level in their region who require product support. Support may be provided up to 100% off on a per-order basis, depending on competition level and ongoing involvement.
CREATIVE COLLABORATORS
UP TO 100% OFF
For riders, photographers, or filmmakers who work directly with Signature to create high-quality content. Content may be finished and ready to publish or supplied as raw or unedited files for Signature to curate and present. Support for creative collaborators may be provided up to 100% product support on a project-by-project basis.
EMERGING COMPETITORS
UP TO 50% OFF
For riders early in their competitive careers, racing downhill or competing in freeride and slopestyle events. Support may be offered up to 50% per order, based on participation, consistency, and current needs.
CONTENT AMBASSADORS
UP TO 50% OFF
For riders or creators who produce photo or video content featuring Signature components or apparel and publish it independently. This may include riding photos or video, bike or component detail shots, or apparel fit and use imagery. Support for content ambassadors may be provided up to 50% off on a per-order basis, based on content quality, product representation, and social media presence.
BOOKYRSLF PROVIDERS
UP TO 50% OFF
For riders who actively use Bookyrslf as part of their coaching practice and are visible within their riding or training communities. Support for Bookyrslf providers may be provided up to 50% off.
COMMUNITY AMBASSADORS
UP TO 30% OFF
For riders who are active and visible in their local riding communities. This may include shop employees, trail builders, organizers, mentors, or riders contributing locally in meaningful ways. Support for community ambassadors may be provided up to 30% off, based on involvement and alignment.

All applications are reviewed manually. Approval does not guarantee a specific discount, product, or response timeline. Due to volume, we may not be able to reply to every submission.
