Warranty, Returns & Exchanges

Soft Goods Warranty, Returns & Exchange Policy

At Signature, we understand that sometimes items don’t quite fit right or may arrive with a defect. That’s why we’ve created a simple return and exchange process to help you get the right product. 



Exchanges for Incorrect Sizing 

Ordered the wrong size? Easy fix. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be brand new (unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached). If you’re unsure about your fit, our customer service team is here to help. We also provide detailed sizing charts on all product pages to assist with your selection before placing an order. 



Manufacturer Defects 

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect - such as stitching issues, fabric flaws, or construction problems, we’ll replace it at no cost to you. Please include a clear photo of the defect when submitting your request. 



Crash Replacement Program 

We understand that accidents happen. If your product is damaged in a crash within 6 months of purchase, we offer a Crash Replacement Program on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a discounted replacement. 



Please contact us with details and photos so we can assess the situation and determine the best solution. 



Return & Exchange Process 

To make returns and exchanges as seamless as possible, Signature provides a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible items. 



Here’s How it Works: 

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of purchasing your item.

2. Item Condition: Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached. 

3. Return Shipping: We’ll email you a prepaid return label at no cost. 

4. Exchange or Refund: If an exchange is available, we’ll ship your new item at no extra charge. 

If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund for the original purchase price (excluding shipping). 



Important Notes 

· Final Sale Items: Products marked Final Sale (including clearance items) are not eligible for return or exchange. 

· Non-Defective Returns: We only accept returns due to sizing issues or manufacturer defects. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or misuse are not accepted. 

· Size Guidance: Please refer to the product-specific size chart before placing your order to help ensure the right fit.
