Soft Goods Warranty & Returns Policy

At Signature, we understand that sometimes items don’t quite fit right or may arrive with a defect. That’s why we’ve created a simple warranty & returns process to help you get the right product. 



Manufacturer Defects 

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect - such as stitching issues, fabric flaws, or construction problems, we’ll replace it at no cost to you. Please include a clear photo of the defect when submitting your request. 



Crash Replacement Program 

We understand that accidents happen. If your product is damaged in a crash within 6 months of purchase, we offer a Crash Replacement Program on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a discounted replacement.

Returns Process 

To make returns as seamless as possible, Signature provides a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible items. 



Here’s How it Works: 

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of purchasing your item.

2. Item Condition: Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached. 

3. Return Shipping: We’ll email you a prepaid return label at no cost. 

4. Refund: We’ll issue a refund for the original purchase price (excluding shipping). 



Important Notes 

· Final Sale Items: Products marked Final Sale (including clearance items) are not eligible for returns.

· Non-Defective Returns: We only accept returns due to sizing issues or manufacturer defects. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or misuse are not accepted. 

· Size Guidance: Please refer to the product-specific size chart before placing your order to help ensure the right fit.
